The Smuts Managers invite annually selected Cambridge libraries to apply for funding of up to £1,000 for purchases in the field of Commonwealth Studies.

Libraries awarded funding in 2023-24:

• The Marshall Library
• Centre of South Asian Studies Library
• The Haddon Library
• Squire Law Library
• The Seeley Library
• African Studies Library 

Any Library wishing to be considered for a Library Grant for purchases in the field of Commonwealth Studies should contact the Smuts Fund Administrator for the online application form (smutsmemorialfund@admin.cam.ac.uk) 

Libraries are advised of the outcome of their application following the Managers meeting in November. If Libraries wish to apply for funding in the meantime, applications for funding can be made through a Research Grant.
