Library Grants

Cambridge libraries are invited to apply for funding of up to £2,000 for purchases in the field of Commonwealth Studies each year. 

Libraries awarded funding in 2025-26:

• The Marshall Library
• Centre of South Asian Studies Library
• The Haddon Library
• Squire Law Library
• The Seeley Library
• African Studies Library 

Any Library wishing to be considered for a Library Grant for purchases in the field of Commonwealth Studies should contact the Smuts Fund Administrator for the online application form prior to October 2026.  (smutsmemorialfund@admin.cam.ac.uk) 

Libraries are advised of the outcome of their application following the Managers meeting in November.
